Registration
The cost of the Dupage Track Club is as follows:
Individual Prices:
$100 in mandatory fundraising tickets as well as:
$175 for a returning athlete in elementary or middle school.
$200 for a new athlete in elementary or middle school.
$225 for a returning athlete in high school.
$250 for a new athlete in high school.
*You are considered High School if you are going into High School*
Groups of two prices:
$150 in mandatory fundraising tickets as well as:
$250 if two athletes from the same family and both are in elementary or middle school.
$300 if two athletes sign up from the same family and one is in elementry/middle and the other is in high school.
$350 if two athletes from the same family and both are in high school.
This cost covers the following:
1. Uniform Rental Fee (If uniform is not returned in good condition at the end of the summer a $30 fee will be billed to the family)
2. USATF Membership Fee
3. Dupage Track Club T-Shirt
4. Coaching
5. Implements (Poles, Shots, Javelins, etc.)
6. Facilities usage
The Track Meets themselves cost $4-6 per each event the athlete competes in.
To register you must do the following five things:
1. The club prefers a check if possible because paypal charges the club a fee to use their service. Please include the fundraising fee in your check. This is money that will be reimbursed to you once you sell your tickets. If you need to use a credit/debit card send payment through the secure paypal link below, the fundraising cost is already included below.
2. Fill out the Dupage Track Club Registration form found here
3. Fill out the USATF membership form found here. We will mail the form and make payment to the USATF Illinois office for you. Club number is 0535. Do not send a seperate check for the USATF membership fee, that cost will be paid out of your registration fee.
4. If new to the club, make a copy of your athlete's birth certificate.
5. Send a copy of your athlete's birth certificate, the two forms above and a check if you don't choose to use paypal to:
