Registration
The cost of the Dupage Track Club is as follows:
$175 for a single athlete
$300 if two athletes sign up from the same family.
If three athletes sign up from the same family the total cost is $400.
This cost covers the following:
1. Uniform and Uniform Rental Fee (If uniform is not returned in good condition at the end of the summer a $30 fee will be billed to the family)
2. USATF Membership Fee
3. Dupage Track Club T-Shirt
4. Coaching
5. Implements (Poles, Shots, Javelins, etc.)
6. Facilities usage
The Track Meets themselves cost $4-8 per each event the athlete competes in.
In order to register you must do the following five things:
1. Send payment through the secure paypal link below with a credit/debit card located below or attach a check to the forms below.
2. Fill out the Dupage Track Club Registration form found here
3. Fill out the USATF membership form found here. We will mail the form and make payment to the USATF Illinois office for you. Club number is 0535. Do not send a seperate check for the USATF membership fee.
4. Make a copy of your athletes' birth certificate.
5. Send a copy of your athletes' birth certificate, the two forms above and a check if you don't choose to use paypal to:
